WHAT IS 3-D SECURE?
3-D Secure is a security systеm within VISA and MasterCard. After entering your card details on our website, a new window will open and you will be asked to enter your one-time security code from your bank to confirm your purchase.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY CARD IS NOT IN USD or EUR?
If your card is in another currency, it will automatically be converted to USD or EUR at your bank’s exchange rate.
WHAT ARE THE LIMITS ON CARD PAYMENTS?
The minimum amount to be purchased in USD or EUR is 30
The maximum amount of a single payment and the daily limit for a card after successful identity verification is 5,000 USD/EUR.
The total limit with KYC Tier-1 is 15,000 EUR – the limit of all transactions for one account, after which additional verification is required.
Monthly limit with KYC Tier-2 is 30,000 EUR – maximum limit for one account.
The monthly limit is a 31-day period from the date of purchase, not a calendar month.
HOW DO I VERIFY?
To verify, you will need to
1. Upload a photo of one of the following documents: ID card, passport, driver’s license.
2. Take a selfie with the document for verification.
3. Upload a photo of the card, without using graphic editors, with the following information
– Card number (first 6 and last 4 digits are mandatory)
– Card expiration date
– Cardholder’s name: (In case the card does not have a number or full name. In order to confirm the card, it is necessary to upload the card statement in PDF format).
4. In order to verify the virtual card, you will need either a screenshot of the online bank where you can see the data necessary for the verification (see point 3 of this section), or a document (statement, agreement) where you can see the missing or all the data of the card.
Verification is a one-time process that is available 24 hours a day and takes up to 10 minutes.
5. To obtain KYC Tier 2 status, once the purchase limit of €15,000 is reached, a package of documents is required:
– An ID card that has not been used for verification before
– An official bank statement for your verified card
– A video interview with a specialist from the verification department, lasting no more than 5 minutes.
DO I HAVE TO GO THROUGH VERIFICATION EVERY TIME I MAKE A PURCHASE?
It is enough to pass the verification once and all the following requests with this card will be accepted without verification request. However, if you decide to use a different card, a new verification will be required.
MY BANK DECLINED THE PURCHASE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You need to contact your bank and ask them why the payment was declined, maybe they will remove the restrictions or increase the limit for online payments and you will be able to make a new payment.
WHY DO I HAVE TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY AND CARD?
The verification process protects you from card theft, hackers and fraudsters, and is also required when someone tries to make a payment with someone else’s card.
CAN I TRUST YOU WITH MY CARD DETAILS?
We do not share your details with anyone without your permission. We also only accept cards with 3D security and never ask for details such as CVV code or full card number. In addition, you will only make payments through Visa/MasterCard terminals. We only collect information to verify that you are the cardholder.
HOW MUCH WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE?
You will only pay the amount specified in your application, with no additional fees from the bank.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE THE FUNDS AFTER I PAY?
Once your payment is received, the cryptocurrency is sent immediately. Transaction time depends on the workload of the blockchain. On average, our customers receive cryptocurrency within 10 minutes of payment.
