WHAT IS 3D SECURE?
3D secure is a security systеm for VISA and MasterCard cards. After you enter your card details on our website, a new window will open in which you will need to enter your one-time security code from the bank to confirm the purchase.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CARD IS NOT IN USD?
If your card is in another currency, it will be automatically converted to USD at the rate of your bank.
WHAT ARE THE LIMITS WHEN PAYING WITH A CARD?
The maximum amount of one payment is 4,000 USD/EUR. The daily limit for one card is 20,000 USD/EUR.
WHAT ARE THE LIMITS FOR WITHDRAWAL TO MY CARD?
The maximum amount of one payment is 5,000 USD/EUR. The daily limit for one card is 25,000 USD/EUR.
HOW DO I GET VERIFIED?
For verification you need:
1. Upload a photo of one of the documents: Government ID, Passport, Domestic passport, Drivers license, Permanent residence permit.
2. Take a selfie with a card in your hands.
3. Upload a photo of the bank card. (If the card is without a number or cardholder name, or the card is virtual. To confirm the card, you need to download a card statement in PDF format).
The verification procedure is carried out once, is processed around the clock and takes up to 5 minutes.
DO I NEED TO PASS VERIFICATION FOR EVERY PURCHASE?
It is enough to go through verification once, and all subsequent applications with this card will go through without a verification request. But if you decide to use another card, it will require new verification.
MY BANK REJECTED THE PURCHASE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You need to contact the bank and ask them the reason for canceling the payment; perhaps they will remove restrictions or raise the limit for online payments and you will be able to make a new payment.
WHY DO I NEED TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY AND CARD?
The verification process protects you in case of card theft, hacker attacks and fraudsters; it is also required if someone tries to make a payment using someone else’s bank card
CAN I TRUST YOU WITH MY CARD DETAILS?
We do not disclose details to third parties without your consent. We also only accept cards with 3D protection, and we never require data such as CVV code or full card number. You also make your payments only through Visa/MasterCard terminals. We collect information only to verify that you are the cardholder.
HOW MUCH WILL BE CHARGED FROM MY CARD WHEN PURCHASING?
You will pay only the amount specified in your application, without additional fees from the bank.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE CURRENCY AFTER PAYMENT?
Once your payment is received, cryptocurrency is sent immediately. The transaction time depends on the load on the blockchain. On average, our clients receive cryptocurrency within 10 minutes after payment.
